As the general contractor, JPC constructed this brand new 49,330 sq. ft. four story structural steel/cmu 2 tone brick façade building with custom exterior composite arched awnings. A full 10,450 sq. ft. basement includes mechanical rooms, and a complete kitchen and cafeteria. Full site development included a complete playground and landscaping.
