This general construction project consisted of a new 31,450 sq. ft. four story school in Queens, New York, with full basement that includes mechanical systems, and a complete kitchen/cafeteria. Structural steel with cmu, 2-tone brick façade, and precast sills and accents, along with 12 custom terra cotta artistic murals inlaid into the exterior brick fence piers. Full site development, inclusive of a complete playground and landscaping, took a total of 660 consecutive days to complete.
