Located along the Peconic River in downtown Riverhead, Hyatt Place Long Island/East End is a 69,000-square-foot hospitality destination that combines modern accommodations, extensive guest amenities, and direct access to the East End waterfront.

The 100-room hotel was built to support a complete guest experience, incorporating meeting space, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and access to a 100-slip marina. Many guest rooms feature waterfront views, while the property’s prominent location adjacent to the Long Island Aquarium connects visitors to downtown Riverhead and the broader North Fork and East End region.

Successfully completed on time and within budget, the project demonstrates the coordination, execution and attention to detail required to deliver a large-scale hospitality property with diverse amenities and a strong connection to its waterfront setting.
