EXTENDED STAY AMERICA

This general construction project of the Extended Stay America at LaGuardia Airport in New York took one year to complete. The project consisted of piles, grade beam, and structural slab, and all structural gauge metal stud framing complete with Denz glass and E.I.F.S. exterior. Project also included elevators and diesel generator. The hotel features lobby and lounge room and 100 rooms complete with fully equipped kitchens including refrigerator, microwave, stove-top, and sink.
