This construction management project was completed in the Spring of 2012. The overall project consists of 114,000 sq. ft. housing 92 condominium style units with full kitchen with GE appliances, individual hot water boilers, gas service, large private deck area, and washer and dryers. The building also has a complete underground garage, outdoor pool, and fully equipped gym area. JPC finished this project one year ahead of the original projected construction schedule. As reported in ny.curbed.com, an area resident stated "I give a big round of applause to the how’s of this building coming to be. They were not the 'bad neighbors' that most all the other construction projects around my block have been...what is it that this new project is doing that makes them such a non-problem?"
