This general construction project for Riverhead Building Supply in Greenport, New York, consisted of a new ground-up 18,000 sq. ft. building housing the showroom and product display areas, business center, and guard booth. This building was constructed as a one-story pre-engineered, metal stud facility. An additional newly constructed 25,000 sq. ft. drive through warehouse is located at the rear of the site.
