This construction management project of a 500,000 sq. ft., 650 foot tall, 470-plus high-end condominium rental unit is slated for completion in early 2017. The building was an SOE/Tie back project with 24-hour dewatering required along with 40’ steel caissons embedded into the bedrock. The reinforced concrete superstructure will reach 60 stories at 650 feet high and will feature a custom SolarBan 60 glass curtainwall exterior. The amenities building will include a pool, spa, steam room, parking garage, meeting rooms, library, and a fitness center.

This construction management project of this 5 story, 88,000 sq. ft., 33 unit multi-room condominium complex complete with a below-grade garage and custom grade kitchens is slated for completion in mid-2016. The building is comprised of a concrete superstructure and exterior of the building will have a window wall and curtain wall system.
