BABYLON CARRIAGE HOUSE

Established in 2003 in an actual carriage house built just after the Civil War, the Babylon Carriage House renovation included the perseveration of existing framing and open truss designs. The space is approximately 6,000 square feet and contains an open mezzanine design, center staircase. Construction was completed in 4 months, on time and within budget consistent with all local/municipal approvals.
