RED LOBSTER

The construction of this new 7,513 sq. ft. Red Lobster restaurant in Ronkonkoma started in the dead of winter which involved the rental of a Hydronic heat machine and the use of thermal blankets to thaw the ground for excavation and concrete work. Interior construction of this restaurant included the nautically-designed individual dining areas, commercial kitchen, walk-in boxes / cooler wall assemblies, a custom bar, restrooms, and back offices. Exterior construction elements include a metal roof along the mansard and a cultured stone veneer installation along the base of the building. When finished, this project was brought on time within a 7 month schedule and within budget.
