The 70 room, 50,000 sq. ft. Gurwin Jewish - Fay J. Lindner Residences shares a 47-acre campus with Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, which is recognized as the premier provider of excellence in comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for the elderly. This general construction project also included an on-site synagogue for the exclusive use of the residents, a 21-foot vaulted ceiling surrounded by the richness and beauty of natural maple, an elegant private dining room, reading library, comfortable lounges with home-theater TVs, computer stations, nine spa suites featuring whirlpool baths, an ice cream parlor and cappuccino café, landscaped grounds, a full backup emergency generator system, and a security monitoring system. This project took J. Petrocelli Construction 18 months to complete.
