HERTLIN HOUSE

This general construction project consisted of the complete development of a 14-acre site and construction of a new 4-story independent living community in Ronkonkoma, New York. Built for Aging in America, a not-for-profit, non-sectarian community service organization that has been providing services to seniors for over 150 years, JPC met the owners concern regarding all technical and financial phases of this project. The construction of this facility features 120 apartment-style residences, a compete state of-the-art kitchen, Terrace Restaurant complete with private dining room, fitness center, beauty salon and barber shop, movie theatre, computer center, arts and crafts studio, library, and security and fire alarms systems.
