NORTHEAST AIR PARK

The Northeast Airpark and Fuel Farm in Shirley, New York, was built in two phases, the first of which was completed in 2003. Initial plans called for approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of hangar space, which has since grown to over 100,000 sq. ft., completed in 2006. Construction was completed in 4 months and 6 months respectively. In addition to the tenant space created, a first class fueling/transfer facility has recently been completed as of April 2011 in coordination with local health, building and fire prevention as well as national and federal requirements and local codes.
