Current Projects

Known for its farm-fresh milk, “from scratch” in-store bakery, cut-to-order butcher shop, and fresh seafood department, the store will be located in Kimco Realty Corp.’s Airport Plaza shopping center, across from the Stew Leonard’s Wines of Farmingdale store. The new 60,000 square-foot store will provide up to 400 jobs, many of them full-time, according to the company. A Long Island location has been in the works for more than decade. Construction on the new store with Phil Florie as Senior Project Manager, will begin in April 2015, officials said with a targeted completion date of February 2016.
This construction management project of a 470-plus high-end condominium rental unit is slated for completion in early 2015. The reinforced concrete superstructure will reach 60 stories at 600 feet high and will feature a custom curtain wall exterior. The amenities will include pool, spa, parking garage, meeting rooms, library, and a fitness center.
This general construction project of a new 64,000 sq. ft. three-story life science building began on the Ammerman Campus of Suffolk County Community College in November 2012 and was completed in the completion in Spring of 2014. The building consists of a structural steel superstructure and external cavity wall construction. The facade consists of brick, aluminum panels, and curtain wall construction. Now complete the project has achieved LEED gold certification.
