Current Projects

This construction management project of a 470-plus high-end condominium rental unit is slated for completion in early 2015. The reinforced concrete superstructure will reach 60 stories at 600 feet high and will feature a custom curtain wall exterior. The amenities will include pool, spa, parking garage, meeting rooms, library, and a fitness center.
This general construction project of a new 64,000 sq. ft. three-story life science building is set to begin on the Ammerman Campus of Suffolk County Community College in November 2012 and is scheduled for completion in Spring 2014. The building will consist of a structural steel superstructure and external cavity wall construction. The facade will consist of brick, aluminum panels, and curtain wall construction. When completed in 18 months the project will achieve LEED gold certification.
Started in 2013 this general construction project consists of a new 80,000 sq. ft. five-story office building located in the Hauppauge Office Park Complex. The building will consist of a structural steel superstructure. The facade will be precast concrete wall panels by Slenderwall and curtain wall. This project is broken up into two phases; one for the core and shell and site work and the other for the interior tenant fit out. This project has an aggressive 12 month schedule with a tentative completion date of August 2014
